Become a Mentor | #LeadWithHer Mentorship Programme 2026
24/04/2026 - From 8h to 23h59 - Members OnlyRegistration mandatory
The Nine x Eduxo.eu are excited to launch their mentorship programme for 2026
Lead with Her is a mentorship programme designed to connect experienced professionals with young women at the beginning of their careers. The initiative aims to foster meaningful intergenerational exchanges, offering guidance, perspective, and practical support to help the next generation navigate their professional journey with greater confidence.
We are currently inviting The Nine Members to join the programme as mentors and accompany two mentees over several months.
Mentors play a central role in the programme by sharing their experience, offering perspective, and helping mentees reflect on their ambitions, professional choices, and challenges. The objective is not to provide ready-made answers, but rather to support thoughtful conversations, encourage reflection, and help mentees gain clarity and confidence in their next steps.
For those who would like to learn more about the programme before applying, we are hosting a Discovery Call where the structure, expectations, and mentorship approach will be presented. This call is simply an opportunity to learn more and ask questions, and does not commit you to participating in the programme.
Discovery Call | Become a Mentor for Lead with Her
Friday, April 10 — 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM
By registering for this event, you will receive an invitation to the discovery call. Joining the call is entirely optional.

What is expected from Members
Throughout the programme, mentors are expected to:
- Mentor two mentees in parallel during the programme.
- Engage in regular one-on-one conversations (approximately two hours per month), either in person or online.
- Share insights from their professional journey, including lessons learned, challenges faced, and strategies that helped them move forward.
- Support mentees in reflecting on their goals, identifying opportunities, and navigating professional decisions.
- Engage in dialogue based on active listening, reflection, and mutual learning, rather than simply offering advice.
Mentors will also take part in several collective moments throughout the programme, designed to create a community of mentors and offer space for exchange and reflection.
We are looking for Members who meet the following criteria:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including leadership, entrepreneurship, or decision-making roles.
- Demonstrated experience or motivation in supporting others, through mentoring, coaching, teaching, or actively contributing to the growth of other women.
- Strong alignment with the programme’s values, including feminist leadership, solidarity, accountability, and community-building.
- Commitment to mentorship as a reciprocal process, based on dialogue, listening, and shared reflection.
- Reliability and availability throughout the full programme duration, with a minimum commitment of two hours per month.
- Capacity and willingness to mentor two mentees in parallel, with consistency and care.
What you’ll gain
- Meaningful, long-term relationships with emerging talent.
- Engagement in a thoughtful, values-driven leadership initiative.
- Connection to a community of like-minded women mentors.
- The opportunity to make a real impact on the next generation of leaders.
