The Diversity Fresco: From Assumptions to Awareness, Exploring Discrimination Through Dialogue
09/06/2026 - From 18h to 21h30 - Members & GuestsRegistration mandatory
How does discrimination actually work, and why is it so hard to talk about?
This 3-hour interactive workshop goes beyond definitions and policies to explore the human mechanics behind discrimination. Using principles of collective intelligence, participants experience firsthand how bias forms, spreads, and is reinforced, often without conscious intent. Rather than blame or binary thinking, the session creates a psychologically safe space for dialogue, reflection, and shared learning. Together, we explore why bias exists and how to recognise it in your daily life so you can choose how you respond.
Participants leave with:
- A clearer understanding of the cognitive mechanisms that drive discrimination
- A shared language that makes difficult conversations easier and more constructive
- Greater confidence engaging with these topics at work and beyond it
