A major barrier is the lack of sponsorship by senior and influential figures. Research shows that women are under-sponsored by more than 50% in companies – and the challenge is more acute for women of colour and other intersections.
If you’re mid-to-senior level in your organisation and wondering how to go beyond, The Sponsorship Edge is for you.
This 6-module programme will give you the confidence and know-how to leverage sponsorship aligned with your next-level aspirations, drawing on unique mix of deep self-awareness, peer learning, real-world examples and practical tools.
This is your chance to activate champions who see what you bring to the executive table and elevate your career in a way unreached before.

Over four months, you’ll:
- Understand what sponsorship is – and is not – and the ‘Sponsorship Gap’ in your career
- Explore your leadership identity and how that influences sponsorship potential
- Plan your strategic alliances and career moves, showing up with authenticity and impact
- Practice developing trusted sponsorship relationships in complex organisational contexts
- Discover your way to drive change, leveraging sponsorship for yourself and others
You’ll walk away with a personalised Sponsorship Roadmap that crystalises your insights and charters your way forward. You can also opt for 1:1 coaching to benefit from additional, personalised support and keep momentum after the programme.
Is this for you?
The programme is tailored for professional woman who are in the mid-to-senior stage of their career who want to better understand, activate and manage sponsorship relationships to advance to or within executive leadership.
As a guide, they are likely to have 15+ years’ experience, be already managing or leading teams or hold Senior Manager / Director / Senior Director (or equivalent) titles.

How does it work?
Modules
- Format: 6-module programme - workshops designed for deep interaction and peer learning
- All workshops are mandatory
- Dates: Sept 23, Oct 14, Nov 04, Nov 25, Dec 16, Jan 13
Preparatory and interim work
- Exploratory survey and curated reading (1 – 2 hours before the programme)
- Reflective and practical exercises (1 – 2 hours between each module)
Follow-up coaching (optional)
- Format: 3 x 1-hour sessions
- Mode: virtual
- Timing: scheduled flexibly within 3 months of programme end

Once registered for the event, you will receive an invoice to proceed with payment. Your spot will only be confirmed once payment has been received. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued up until Tuesday, September 16.
Attendance at all sessions is mandatory; however, should you be absent, we will share the necessary materials to help you catch up.
