About our speakers,
Rosanna Kurrer
Rosanna is the co-founder and managing director of CyberWayFinder, a European platform that empowers and trains the next generation of diverse cyber security professionals. With over eight years of experience in this role, she has built a strong network of partners, clients, and mentors across the industry and academia. She was awarded the Cybersecurity Personality of the Year in 2021 by the Belgian Cybersecurity Coalition for the impact of her work, as well as the ELLE Belgium Woman of the Year for Technology in 2023.
She is also a seasoned speaker at prominent security conferences, such as COSAC in Ireland and RSAC in San Francisco, where she shares her insights and expertise on security innovation, practical cyber diversity, addressing the skills gap and advocating for a growth mindset. Rosanna is passionate about design thinking and corporate innovation, and she leads workshops and seminars for corporates and individuals on these topics, as well as working as a senior cybersecurity consultant for both large enterprises and SMEs. She holds multiple credentials in cybersecurity, such as CISSP, SABSA SCF, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, SSCP, and CCSK, as well as a master's degree in architectural engineering from Kyoto University.

Leader of Transformative Security Initiatives, Patrick is a specialist in combatting cybercrime and has been involved in IT consulting, business and security for over 20 years.
