Use Emotional Awareness to speak with more Calmness and Confidence

In today’s world, conversations are becoming increasingly polarized, with more aggressive speech—especially toward women and minority groups. From job interviews and tough workplace discussions to handling sexist jokes and microaggressions, staying composed and expressing yourself with confidence can feel like a challenge. But ignoring these moments isn’t the answer.

This workshop is designed to equip women with practical tools to navigate high-pressure conversations while maintaining their power. You’ll learn how to recognize your emotional triggers, shift your inner narrative, and use vocal techniques to project calmness and confidence—even in the face of stress or conflict.

What you'll gain:

  • Identify your internal triggers and emotional patterns
  • Understand how your inner voice influences your reactions
  • Transform stress and conflict into constructive conversations
  • Learn mental and physical techniques to keep your voice steady and grounded

Join us for this empowering session and develop the skills to handle difficult situations with clarity, strength, and composure.

Note: We work in an intimate setting with a maximum of 20 participants, ensuring space for personal growth and interaction.
