Make Feminism Great Again
28/05/2025 - From 19h30 to 21h30 - Public
At a time when hard-won rights are being challenged across the world, from the resurgence of far-right politics in Europe to the growing threats against reproductive rights in the US, the need for feminist discourse has never been more urgent. Yet, to this day, many do not identify as feminist. Why not?
We are bringing a panel of inspiring voices to discuss the evolving narrative of feminism and what it takes to shift current narratives that are jeopardising the progress made to date. Through an engaging and thought-provoking debate, our Fabulous Feminists will explore the pressing questions of today:
How do we keep feminism relevant and inclusive?
How do we push back against systemic pressure against feminist? And what would a feminist world look like?
This event serves as a timely reminder that the fight for gender equality is far from over. Beyond the symbolic celebrations, it is crucial to continue fostering discussions that challenge outdated narratives of feminism and the danger current political system represents in the fight for equality.
